UVA Northern Virginia Launches Program to Transform Government Services

Fairfax, VA – The University of Virginia|Northern Virginia is announcing the new Customer Experience Leadership Institute program designed to help government leaders elevate their approach to delivering program and mission results through transformed services. The program is ideal for those responsible for shaping their agency’s strategy by leveraging technology, data analytics, and design thinking to create memorable and meaningful experiences for customers and employees.

The first cohort runs from October 16 -18, 2023. Space will be limited to 40 applicants. Skills participants will learn include:  

  1. Leveraging technology and data 
  2. Building a business case and getting buy-in
  3. Change management
  4. Integrating better service delivery into the business of government
  5. Telling your CX story
  6. Design Thinking

Each session will dedicate time to investigating participants’ specific CX challenges or issues within their organization. The program will be held in Northern Virginia, and the cost is $4,000.
