Program Overview
The UVA Darden Summer Leadership Program is a week-long, immersive experience taught by their world-class faculty at UVA’s Fairfax campus. Designed for undergraduate student leaders, the program builds practical, real-world skills to lead, manage resources, and contribute strategically within clubs, organizations, and future careers while offering a preview of the rigor and learning experience of a world-class MBA program.
This program offers a rigorous, application-oriented curriculum grounded in business best practices and leadership theory. Through interactive lectures, case discussions, simulations, and team-based exercises, participants will gain exposure to the types of challenges faced by leaders across multiple sectors, industries, and geographies.

- Logistics: June 1–5, 9 AM–5 PM
- Lunch and Snacks are included

Application and Eligibility
Admission to this program is conducted on a rolling basis. We encourage early application, as space is limited.
The program is open to undergraduate students who are currently enrolled at a university and will have completed at least one year of study by June 2026. Students graduating in May 2026 are also eligible to apply.
Early bird pricing is available for applicants who complete their payment by May 1.
Refund Policy
Registrants can request a refund until 30 days from the program start. Please note that a $100 administrative fee will be retained to cover the costs associated with application review. No refunds will be available after that date. To cancel your registration and request a refund, please contact northern@virginia.edu.
