About the program
The Customer Experience Leadership Institute (CELI) Advance: Excellence in the Business of Government is a one-day program for CELI alumni to dive deeper into the principles and practices of CX. All instruction will be in Fairfax, Virginia.
Like your CELI experience, our faculty will lead you through a series of insightful sessions, blending rigorous academic research with practical strategies for real-world implementation. Each topic in the curriculum addresses a contemporary issue, friction point, or emerging area of interest that CX leaders face today. This dynamic approach ensures that you gain both theoretical knowledge and actionable solutions to enhance your customer experience practices. This program gives alumni a chance to return to the classroom and address the most pressing issues facing CX leaders today.
In this program, students will explore four pivotal components essential for achieving excellence within government operations:
- Vision: Discover strategies for articulating your team’s goals and aspirations in a manner that resonates with stakeholders at all levels. Develop skills to align your vision with organizational objectives and inspire action.
- Strategy: Gain insights into how to develop a robust strategy and adapt it as needed in response to changing circumstances. Explore methods to evaluate and refine your strategic approach to ensure it remains effective and relevant.
- Data Science: Learn how to harness the power of data science to gain actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. Explore the latest tools and techniques for analyzing data to support and enhance your initiatives.
- Change Management: Acquire strategies for managing and leading change within a government context. Learn best practices for overcoming resistance, fostering a culture of adaptability, and ensuring successful implementation of new processes and innovations.
